Shipping and Delivery

HAM aims to deliver all mainland UK orders within 2–5 working and international orders within 5-10 working days via a fully tracked service.

Some items, such as our prints and frames, are too large for a standard letterbox. If you are not available to receive them in person, the courier will leave a card or send an email to you with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or busy periods like Christmas or during sales and discounts, may cause slight delays. If your UK order has not arrived within 7 working days, or your international order within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@hammade.com

Shipping Prices

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order size. For example:

UK

• Letter: £2.95
• Small parcels: £3.95
• Large parcels: £4.95
• FREE delivery on orders over £100
  

US

• Letter: $19.95
• Small parcels: $29.95
• Medium parcels: $40
• Large parcels: $50-$60

EUROPE

• Letter: €9.95
• Small parcels: €18.95
• Large parcels: €24.95

Orders under €150 (excluding tax and shipping), duties and VAT are included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no additional fees to pay.

Orders over €150 (excluding tax and shipping), duties and VAT are excluded from the price and will need to be paid by you to the courier when your parcel enters your country.
