All HAM artwork is screen printed by hand. Our brilliant print specialist Sam, works meticulously with each design – first transferring the image to silk screen to create the stencil and then pulling each print individually by pushing ink through the screen's mesh using a squeegee. For our Sunflower print, after printing the black Sam repeats the printing process but substitutes the ink for a special glue. This allows us to apply the gold leaf by hand to the petals. Once dry Jo checks, signs and dates before carefully packaging up each Rabbit ready for its new home.
