HAM aims to deliver all mainland UK orders within 2–5 working and international orders within 5-10 working days via a fully tracked service.

Some items, such as our prints and frames, are too large for a standard letterbox. If you are not available to receive them in person, the courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or busy periods like Christmas, may cause slight delays. If your UK order has not arrived within 7 working days, or your international order within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@hammade.com

UK:

All orders are sent via Royal Mail's 48 hour fully tracked service. 

Europe:

Orders under €150 (excluding tax and shipping), duties and VAT are included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no additional fees to pay.

Orders over €150 (excluding tax and shipping), duties and VAT are not included and will need to be paid by you to the courier when your parcel enters your country.

USA:

The price you pay at checkout covers everything including duties, taxes and tariffs. Your package will be delivered without any additional fees.

Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, Norway, Switzerland:

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are determined by the destination country's customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of your order at checkout.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information on any potential fees before placing an order.
